It is, for me—and I know for all of you as well—a true thrill to see the date of our most important event of the year approaching. The AESS Congress is not just a date on the calendar; it is a moment we eagerly anticipate to pause our daily routines and share everything that unites us.

It is that magical moment when we can resume conversations left unfinished, reflect together on what we have learned, and reconnect with colleagues who share our same concerns, challenges, and hopes.

Real Exchange: We want to clarify doubts and address concerns as a group. Your generosity in sharing experiences is what makes us great.

Live Inspiration: We will visit new centers that will open our minds to fresh ideas and ways of working.

High-Level Learning: We will have speakers who will enrich us with their experiences and practical workshops focused on real problems with quick and concrete solutions.

Recognition of Effort: We will celebrate our annual awards, a moment to acknowledge the dedication and passion each of you puts into your centers.

During these days, I invite you to put aside commercial rivalry for a moment. At this congress, we are not competitors but members of the same sector rowing in the same direction. Our goal is to raise the standard of our services and consolidate the social recognition that our activity deserves.
