The AESS Congress will be held entirely at La Quinta de Jarama, one of the best event venues located in Madrid (A-1, km 26). The Commercial Exhibition will be located in the hall adjacent to the conference area. For this purpose, we have privatized the venue for two days, with a hall of nearly 1,000 m² for the commercial exhibition and another 500 m² hall for the conferences.
To facilitate access for delegates and exhibitors, bus transfers to and from the partner hotels will be arranged.
Note: The Self Storage 2026 networking and awards cocktail dinner will not require formal attire; it will be a smart casual cocktail. After dinner, we will enjoy a two-hour open bar with music at the same venue.

How will we set up the Commercial Exhibition?
On March 11, the setup of the commercial exhibition will take place starting at 09:00. From 15:00 onwards, suppliers will be able to access the venue, with prior notice, to complete the final details of their stands.
Suppliers who require an additional internet connection point at their stands (not included in the stand price) must request it when booking their stand.
When will the Commercial Exhibition begin and end?
The Commercial Exhibition will open on March 12 at 08:00, giving you the opportunity to showcase your products and services, and it will remain open until 18:00, at which time dismantling may begin.
Attendees will exit the conference area through a different access after the roundtable, so suppliers can start quietly dismantling their stands after the afternoon coffee break. To preserve the overall image of the Congress, under no circumstances will dismantling be allowed before that time.
If, due to flight schedules, you need to leave before 18:00, please contact the organizers to arrange the dismantling of your stand. All supplier materials must be removed from the hall by 20:00 to allow the booths to be dismantled on schedule with the hotel.
Commercial Exhibition Floor Plan
Transparency in management is very important to AESS, so the selection of exhibitor type and stand number will be done strictly on a first-come, first-served basis according to the order in which the application form is received.
The Commercial Exhibition will open on March 12 at 08:00, giving you the opportunity to showcase your products and services, and it will remain open until 18:00.
Attendees will exit the conference area through a different access after the roundtable, so suppliers can begin quietly dismantling their stands after the afternoon coffee break. To preserve the overall image of the Congress, dismantling will not be allowed before that time under any circumstances.
If, due to flight schedules, you need to leave before 18:00, please contact the organizers to arrange the dismantling of your stand. All supplier materials must be removed from the hall by 20:00 to allow the booths to be dismantled on time and according to schedule.
